Elisabeth Erekson, MD robotic, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive approaches to surgery for urinary incontinence and prolapse. Dr. Erekson's research interests include epidemiology of pelvic floor disorders, clinical outcomes, and quality improvement in gynecology. Her current research projects include the effect of obesity on pelvic floor disorders, symptoms and treatment of rectocele, ambulatory surgery for urinary incontinence in the United States, and quality improvement projects in Urogynecology.
